Implement a programme of respect, protection and remediation in the area of Human Rights in all businesses and markets.
- Verification and updating of Human Rights shortcomings and controls
- Update procedures and policies
- Implement remedial mechanisms
- Include human rights issues in training programmes
- Develop engagement mechanisms and whistle-blower channels in order to protect human rights in all areas of the Company
- Report annually on progress in the area of human rights, by reference to standards (e.g. UN Guiding Principles Reporting Framework)
